If you don't begin to see a difference in

machines, simply call us and we will
arrange to take it back. Your purchase
is 100% risk-free!
We strongly believe in the reliability and integrity of our products. Your purchase is protected by our industry best 3 Year Warranty! Our hydroxyl generator odor removal machines work every time they're turned on and put to use.
However, we realize that from time to time a product may not live up to
a customers expectations. For 14 days from the date of receipt of an odor removal machine the buyer may return the unit. Simply contact Customer Service at 800-574-4491 for an authorization number. Return the unit in the original packaging 100% in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. If boxes are missing manuals or parts, the only type of credit given is an in-store credit that can be used for future purchases and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. After the unit is returned and inspected to make sure that the RMA# and Serial numbers match and that the unit is in proper working condition, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.

Note: Special order items do not qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee since we are not recommending the product for you. We recommend that new equipment be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders, simply return the item for a full credit, replacement, or refund within 15 days of receipt.
When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items in violation of the spirit of this policy. We reserve the right not to accept equipment not returned in original condition.
Restoration Item Return Policy:
To receive full credit on restoration items, such as air movers, odor removal machines, ozone and or hydroxyl generators, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, respirators, etc., items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging. If boxes are open or missing manuals, the only type of credit given is an in-store credit that can be used toward future purchases at Sani-Clean.
During major restoration events, such as hurricanes, floods, or forest fires, all restoration returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. During these events, only unopened items still in their original packaging are eligible for returns. Open/used items will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all freight fees to return restoration items back to Sani-Clean.
However, Maximum reserves the right to not issue a refund on equipment that has been used in a restoration setting, abused, damaged, dirty and not in resaleable condition.
Expedited shipping costs paid by the customer that are above and beyond the "FREE" ground shipping costs that are paid by our company to ship your order to you are non-refundable. This would only apply to orders that use an expedited shipping method other than our "FREE" ground shipping offer.
Once again, if you do plan to return your purchase back to us within you MUST contact us first so that we can generate a Return Authorization Number.
Please take note - We can not accept returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization Number!
